Yes its even worse then it happens mid Iron Juggernaut kill with the stupid Fence.

It's happening to me too, it's especially annoying on Siegecrafter when clicking to target mines. I thought it was just me and something was wrong with my mouse, I'm glad it's not.

Since I patched windows 8.1 hotfix I haven't had this issue at all last night.
