Well you could make a macro that uses each healthstone consecutively so if u don't have one it will just use the next one in line.

Get the name of the HS and just make it:
This isn't how the macro would go just using this for reference

/use Healthstone (2.4k)
/use Healthstone (2.3k)
/use Healthstone (2k)

I'm sure something like that would work and you would press it once to use the HS and then the next time it will check that first HS first then will use the next one if that one isn't available.

I'm not actually able to check while I'm here at work but I'm guessing you can't specify which healthstone you want to use in a macro since they're all the same *rank* (rank.. 7?).

I suspect though, if you just make a macro that does:

/use Master Healthstone

it would pick whichever is first in your bags.

You're probably right I don't remember what text the HS have on them and if they are different with different talents, if not I'm sure that macro would work.

/use Master Healthstone (Rank 7) or mayber you don't even need the rank

I'll look at it when I get home. Work sucks without WOW IMO.

Master Healthstone is a unique name. Every rank has a different prefix. i.e: lesser, minor, major. INSANE.

They're different based on rank, yes, but at the Master level the difference in health returned is based off of talent points spent, and I don't believe a macro can check that. Like Oaf said, I think the best you can do is the simple 1-line macro that just uses the first one it finds in your bag.

If you really want to get fancy, go with this macro:

/use Master Healthstone
/w Sparty I'm using a healthstone!

Like I alluded to above, you can probably affect the order in which the healthstones are taken by arranging them in standard UI/macro bag order. For example, make sure the one you want to use first is in your backpack in the upper left slot, the next one to the right of it, then the last one to the right of that.

If you really want to get fancy, go with this macro:

/use Master Healthstone
/w Sparty I'm using a healthstone!

I'm almost certain that at least Yaz and Nugai had some ability macroed to
Code: Select all
/w Oafijev You have the PLEGJJJJJ!!!
